The staff were courteous and always ready to assist. i stayed in a corner suite with lounge accesswith ample space and was very clean. i particularly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym facilities. They were all well maintained. the location is very convenient for exploring the souq.

the spacious room had ample storage. the fantastic pool area was a highlight. i received an early check-in which simplified my first day! the hotel location near the souq was excellent.
housekeeping was disappointing, i did not receive hand, face or showering towels one night.
